You will notice the commitment to quality in everything Marm does.
Marm is constantly improving organizational practices and developing new projects. The Marm team is its most valuable resource in those efforts.
Marm believes that leveraging existing business intelligence and maximizing human resource potential to meet given goals are as important as focusing on financial gain.
Marm hires and trains recent graduates and other candidates with limited experience. Prospective hires with greater expertise are assessed within the framework of current Marm organizational needs and projects.
Marm recruits new personnel in three ways:
New graduates and experienced candidates are continuously evaluated for open positions.
Recruitment expands to match the intensity of the summer travel season (May through September).
Internships are offered primarily during the summer months as part of the Marm “Earn & Learn Project.” Students receive training matched to their internship subject as well as real-world experience – including opportunities to improve foreign language skills.
Marm training is intended to align with the company’s organizational mission, goals and corporate strategies.
Types of training include group, company-wide, individual, orientation and project-based trainings.
